Lokale Speicherung: Alle Gesundheitsdaten (Mahlzeiten, Körperdaten, Check-ins) werden ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät (Browser-LocalStorage) gespeichert und nicht an unsere Server übertragen, sofern Sie kein Konto anlegen.

Konto (optional): Bei Kontoerstellung werden Daten verschlüsselt bei Supabase Inc. (EU-Rechenzentrum Frankfurt, DSGVO-konform, Art. 28 DSGVO Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) gespeichert.

Analytics (nur mit Einwilligung): Google Analytics 4 mit aktivierter IP-Anonymisierung (Art. 25 DSGVO — Privacy by Design). Übermittlung in die USA auf Basis der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46(2)(c) DSGVO). Sie können Analytics über den "Essential only"-Button im Cookie-Banner ablehnen.

Your health data is private. All meal logs, body measurements, and check-ins are stored locally on your device only. If you create an account, data is synced to Supabase (EU servers, GDPR Art. 28 DPA in place). Analytics (Google Analytics 4, anonymised) requires your consent and can be declined at any time. We never sell your data. You can delete all local data from the Settings screen at any time. For account data deletion, email us at hello@mylongevitylife.app.
